Get the app
HellowMe on your phone
Add HellowMe to your home screen and it opens straight to your requests, in its own window. It's a lightweight web app, not an app-store download.
On iPhone and iPad

Open hellowme.com in Safari. (On iOS 16.4 or later, Chrome and Edge work too.)

Tap the Share button, at the bottom of the screen (at the top on iPad).

Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

Tap Add. HellowMe appears on your home screen.
iPhone keeps home-screen apps separate from Safari, so you'll sign in once more with an email code.
On Android

Open hellowme.com in Chrome. (Samsung Internet and Edge work too.)

Tap the menu in the top-right corner.

Tap Install app (or Add to home screen).

Tap Install. HellowMe appears on your home screen and in your apps.
On a computer, Chrome and Edge show an install icon at the right end of the address bar.
Lightweight and private
A web app, not an app-store download.
- Not an app-store download: it's the HellowMe website, saved to your home screen. It takes up almost no space.
- It runs inside your browser's protections, like any website you visit.
- No access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone. It only sees files you choose to attach.
- The same single sign-in cookie as the website. No tracking, no ads.
- Always up to date: there are no updates to download.
- Remove it anytime: press and hold the icon, then remove it.
